Question 1

What is a 3D floor plan?

Accepted Answer

A 3D floor plan shows the layout of the home furnished and in context, instead of as a flat 2D drawing. Buyers understand the rooms, proportions and flow in seconds — without having to interpret lines.

Question 2

Why choose 3D over 2D?

Accepted Answer

Most buyers can't read 2D drawings. When buyers 'see' the home in 3D, they picture themselves in the rooms, stay longer in the listing and show up more motivated at viewings. In a sea of flat 2D plans, it's the furnished 3D floor plan that stops the scroll.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Accepted Answer
