Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Yes! When upgrading, you keep your unused images and immediately receive the new plan's quota. The price difference is charged right away. When downgrading, you keep your current images for the rest of the period, and the new quota applies from the next renewal.
You can upgrade to a larger plan to get more images per month.
No, we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access for the rest of the period.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and most common payment cards through our payment partner Stripe.
Free access is for active 3D Senteret customers who regularly order floor plans and have received an access code. Access requires an ongoing customer relationship — a single order does not qualify. Subscriptions are for anyone who wants to use the service independently.
Free access is reserved for active customers who use 3D Senteret as their main floor plan provider. If floor plans are not ordered regularly, access may be deactivated. You can then purchase a subscription to continue using the service.
