How do I get customers to write reviews?
Paste in your customers' email addresses and we send a friendly email with a personal link. You can also share the link to the submission form anywhere, such as in an email signature or on social media.
Can I control what is shown?
Yes. All reviews first land in a pending queue, and nothing appears on your website until you click “Publish”. You can also hide or delete reviews at any time.
How do I get the reviews onto my website?
Copy a small code snippet from the dashboard and paste it into your website. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and every other platform – and we are happy to help.
Can reviews be shown in English?
Yes, both the submission form and the widget are available in Norwegian and English, and follow the visitor's language.
Can I cancel at any time?
