3D Senteret is the data controller for personal data collected through our service. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with GDPR.
We collect account information (name, email), uploaded images, generated images, payment information (via Stripe), visit data and usage data.
We process your data to provide the service, manage your account, process payments, improve the service and communicate important updates.
We share data with Stripe (payment), AI services (image generation) and hosting providers. We never sell your personal data.
Your data is stored as long as you have an active account. Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, data portability and withdrawal of consent.
We use necessary cookies for the service to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
In the open house emails, property marketing, reviews, floor plans and follow-up emails services we also process: property information (address, images, listing link, asking price), contact details for prospects, sellers, buyers and reviewers (name, email, phone), sign-ups and responses, review content, and logs of sent emails and unsubscribes.
When an agent uses the services to contact their own clients, prospects, sellers or buyers, the agent is the data controller for that data and we act as data processor on the agent's behalf. The agent is responsible for informing data subjects and for having a valid legal basis. We process such data only on the agent's instructions and to deliver the service.
All emails from the open house emails and follow-up emails services contain an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all further emails to that recipient. The agent can also remove a person or end a follow-up. Contact data linked to a showing, follow-up or review is deleted when the agent deletes it, or at the latest when the agent's account is deleted, apart from legally required logs.
