3D Senteret offers an AI-based digital staging service where users can upload images of rooms and receive AI-generated suggestions for new furnishing and styling. The service is available via our website and requires registration.
By using the service, you agree to only upload images you have rights to, not upload images with sensitive or illegal content, not abuse the service, provide correct information during registration, and keep your login information confidential.
Images generated by the AI service are based on your uploaded images and AI models. You have the right to use the generated images for personal use. 3D Senteret reserves the right to use anonymized examples in marketing, unless you actively opt out.
The service offers various subscription plans with a given number of images per month. Payments are handled securely via Stripe. Unused images do not carry over to the next period unless specified in your plan.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all AI-generated images. If the AI model makes a structural error, you can report the error directly from the generated image. The report is reviewed automatically. If the error is confirmed, the faulty image is deleted and you get 1 image back.
AI-generated images are suggestions and illustrations only. 3D Senteret does not guarantee that generated images are realistic, feasible, or suitable for specific purposes. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties beyond mandatory law.
You can cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and uploaded images are removed. Remaining images at cancellation are not refunded.
3D Senteret reserves the right to update these terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email.
The open house emails lets an agent publish a digital showing page with sign-ups and automated emails before and after the viewing. The agent is responsible for the published content, for the accuracy of property information, and for having a valid basis for emailing registrants. Registrants can unsubscribe from further emails at any time.
Property marketing generates ready-made social media posts and images from the listing link or from the information and images the agent provides. The agent must ensure they hold the rights to any images, text and logos used, and that the posts comply with marketing rules and good brokerage practice. We do not publish posts automatically.
The review service lets an agent invite clients to leave a rating and publish reviews on their profile or website. Reviews must be genuine and voluntary. Offering compensation for positive reviews, publishing fake reviews or editing the substance of a review is not permitted. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive or clearly false.
We deliver 3D floor plans on order. The Floor Plan Agreement has no monthly fee but requires the agent to order floor plans for a minimum of three properties per month. Payment is per property/order, including when a property has several floors. If the minimum volume is not met over time, the agreement and its included services may be terminated with reasonable notice.
The service sends automated greetings to the seller and buyer after 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. The agent enters the contact details and is responsible for informing recipients and for having a valid basis for the contact. The content is relationship-building and must not be used for direct marketing without the recipient's consent. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time, and the agent can edit text, change dates or stop sending.
All in one is a bundled package giving access to the services included in the package at any given time. Changes to its composition are announced with reasonable notice. Access applies for as long as the subscription is active and paid.
