How fast do we get the floor plan?
Delivered by noon the next business day after we receive the material. The listing can usually be published the same day the photographer delivers.
What if the home has two floors?
You still only pay per property. The price is per order, regardless of the number of floors or floor plans.
We have several properties ready the same day. Is that a problem?
No. Each property is a separate order, and all of them are delivered by noon the next business day. The minimum of 3 properties per month applies in total per agent.
Who owns the floor plans?
You have full usage rights to the floor plans in listings, brochures and other marketing.
What does it mean that all services are included?
As a floor plan customer, each agent also gets digital styling and AI evening photos in the browser, plus reviews and the showings experience - with no extra monthly fee on the digital services.
How do we get started?
Email post@3dsenteret.no with the agency name and the agents who need access. We usually set up the agreement and send access the same business day.
